When Red Stag Timber wanted an independent review of their Cyber Security, OTG was brought in to deliver a right sized review. Practical actionable outcomes were identified.
When Waitomo District Council (WDC) needed help to plan and deliver their cloud migration. OTG consulting helped to define, lead and deliver the programme.
OTG have successfully delivered two MagiQ ERP cloud migrations for SWDC and WDC. These were both delivered without major issues, on time and on budget.

OTG helped migrate SWDC to ESRI. We now provide ongoing support on the GIS administration and Web Map Creation.
Over the past 5 years, OTG has helped to deliver an IS transformation for SWDC. This included on time and under budget delivery of; ECM Cloud Migration, Laptop roll out, Covid systems delivery, MagiQ cloud migration, Contact Centre and Teams calling, Security review, Azure migration, HRIS implementation, AP Automation, Knowledge Base delivery, SD WAN and SCADA Replacement.
This has transformed the IS department allowing them to focus on positive business change, and move away from turning it off and on again.
OTG have helped both Scion and WDC migrate their payroll from their incumbent provider to a compliant fit for purpose system. Both projects were delivered without any issues, and staff hardly noticed the change.
OTG have worked closely with customers to be able to transform how services are delivered. This has been achieved by reviewing the processes, removing waste, digitising, automating and helping the people on the way through.
Using Smartsheet, OTG have delivered many custom built systems for various clients. These include; Programme, Contract and Project management & tracking systems. Long Term Plan Budgeting systems, Long Term Plan consultation systems and ad hoc reporting systems.
OTG have consultants with financial skills who have been able to step in and help with Purchase Card roll outs, Asset reconciliations, Reporting and GST processing for multiple various customers.
